Poster presented at the ERS (European Respiratory Society) conference of 2023 in Milan, Italy.

This poster is of a study on the burden of allergic rhinitis (AR) in children from the UK and Canada with Dr. José Costa contributed to. The study found that children with AR have a lower health-related quality of life (HRQoL) than children without allergies. This effect is seen in both physical and psychosocial health scores. The study also found that AR imposes a burden on families and society, with increased healthcare utilization and time spent on household chores.
